Refund Policy
Scholar’s Academy is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our students. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds:
1. Student Withdrawal: Should a student wish to withdraw from a course, they must submit a written request to Scholar’s Academy. The following refund policy will apply:
a.) Full refund: If the student withdraws before the course commences.
b.) Pro-rata refund: If the student withdraws after the course has commenced, based on the number of sessions attended.
2. Refund Processing: Scholar’s Academy will process refunds within 45 business days of receiving the written request for withdrawal.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as registration fees or course materials fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel enrollment in a course, students must notify Scholar’s Academy in writing. Please refer to the following guidelines for cancellations:

Course Cancellation: Scholar’s Academy reserves the right to cancel a course if minimum enrollment numbers are not met. In such cases, students will be notified and offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
