Scholars Academy was founded by Mr. Sudhanshu Bajaj, who saw firsthand how talented students often struggle due to lack of direction, exam pressure, or poor academic planning.
His aim was not to build a large coaching brand, but a reliable academic space where students feel supported throughout their preparation journey.
He believes competitive exams test patience, discipline, and mental strength. The system developed focuses equally on teaching, testing, and mentoring.
Even today, he remains closely involved in academic planning and student mentoring, ensuring the institute stays focused on quality.
